We use the KLARA desktop and mobile app for daily patient communication. KLARA is secure, HIPAA-compliant, and streamlines all patient workflows in one place. Direct communication with the medical practices, labs, and pharmacies you use are all possible without having to make a phone call and be placed on hold. You can use KLARA to communicate with your provider through secure messaging and video visits. You can even use KLARA to send pictures and exchange PDF documents. With KLARA, your INOV8 healthcare team is a text away.
INOV8 Orthopedics follows the current rules of the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners (Texas Medical Board) related to the release of medical records and corresponding charges to patients and other parties. Medical records are $25.00 (minimum). To access your medical records without a fee, use our Patient Portal found above.
To submit a Medical Records Request or X-ray Request: Complete the Authorization for Use/Disclosure of Protected Health Information Form. You may fax or mail the form to the fax number or address at the bottom of the form.
