Dr. Sarvang (Sam) Dalal is the Director of Physical Therapy at INOV8 Orthopedics and licensed physical therapist who specializes in treating a variety of orthopedic spine and extremity dysfunctions. Specifically, he has been treating cervical spine, thoracic spine, lumbar spine, shoulder, hip, knee, and foot/ankle problems for the past 20 years. He has had an integral role in establishing direct anterior approach total hip replacement and total knee replacement rehabilitation protocols. His treatment protocol involves a very specific biomechanical approach combined with manual therapy and stabilization.
Dr. Sam Dalal received his bachelor’s degree with a double major in Biology and Psychology from Trinity/Houston Baptist University and then went on to receive his master’s degree in Physical Therapy at Texas Woman’s University in 1999. He proceeded to earn a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine in Florida, along with a Manual Therapy Certification. He also went on to complete a Fellowship in Manual Therapy at the Manual Therapy Institute which allowed him to be a part of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Orthopedic Section of the APTA.
He loves spending time with his wife and three kids as well as watching movies and playing basketball.
Dr. Michelle Owsley is a licensed physical therapist who received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Health at Texas A&M University in 2015. After graduation, she worked in the field of Physical Therapy as a PT Aide as well as serving in an administrative role. Dr. Michelle received her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2019.
During her time at St. Augustine, she participated in and hosted a fall prevention program for the elderly population in the community. She also volunteered at an outpatient neurological rehabilitation center for patients with various neurological conditions. She has clinical experience in general orthopedics, pre/post surgical care, injury prevention and return to sports rehabilitation.
Beyond the clinic Dr. Michelle enjoys playing tennis, working out, and traveling in her free time.
Dr. Jason Ramos is a licensed physical therapist. He received his bachelor’s degree in biology, graduating magna cum laude from the University of Houston in 2018, and received his doctorate degree in physical therapy from Texas Woman’s University – Houston in 2021. He is currently a proud member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and whole-heartedly believes in its mission of “optimizing movement to improve the human experience.” Jason has a strong passion for the outpatient orthopedic setting, with experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions including post-operative procedures, acute/chronic joint and muscle pain, and return-to-sport rehab during previous clinical internships, prior to beginning his career at INOV8 Orthopedics. His ultimate goal is to help others achieve their goals, and improve quality of life through exercise, functional movement, and holistic patient care. Jason is heavily influenced by his faith and membership in the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church of Christ), aiming to serve his community by helping others through his work in physical therapy. Born in Virginia but raised across the Midwest including Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Michigan, Jason cherishes residing in the melting pot that is Houston, TX, with an appreciation for the diversity and cultural mix the city has to offer (including all the good food!). In his free time, he enjoys playing and watching basketball, weight-lifting, listening to new music, attending live concerts, watching movies/TV shows, and discovering new places to eat.

Clara Santa is a licensed Physical Therapist who brings a high level of energy and professionalism with more than 20 years of experience working in outpatient orthopedics treating all types of injuries including joint replacements, sports and work injuries, as well as chronic pain. She graduated from Universidad del Rosario in Bogota, Colombia in 1996.
She has completed a diverse set of specialized courses including McKenzie diagnosis and treatment of lumbar spine, Mulligan’s Mobilization with Movement for lower extremity,differential diagnosis and management of cervical and lumbar spine, shoulder, elbow, hand, hip, knee, foot and ankle with the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine (IAOM) and Kinesiotaping assessment, fundamental concepts and techniques.
She is currently working on her board certification as an Orthopedic Specialist (OCS). She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association an (APTA) and Orthopedic Section of the APTA. She is certified in Kinesiotaping and BLS/CPR. She is also proficient/fluent in Spanish.
She and her husband enjoy outdoor activities, traveling, sporting activities like soccer, coaching kids’ soccer leagues, ice skating and spending time visiting with family and friends, near and far.

Rich Cearley is a licensed PTA with over 30 years’ experience in Physical Therapy. He enjoys reading, traveling, martial arts and other outdoor activities. When traveling abroad, he likes places such as Japan and Alaska for the views and activities, but his heart will always be in Texas. One observation from working in physical therapy for so long is that it never gets old seeing the light turn on for people when they turn the corner and start getting better. His goal at INOV8 is to provide professional quality care with compassion, a dose of humor and common sense.
Matthew Mielak is a licensed physical therapist assistant who joined INOV8 Orthopedics in October of 2020. Under the supervision of the Director of Physical Therapy, Matthew strives to provide all of our patients with the highest level of physical therapy and patient care. Matthew has an Associate of Health Science degree from Crafton Hills College and an Associate of Science degree in PTA from the Loma Linda University. Matthew is trained in a variety of different physical therapy techniques including but not limited to the Graston technique. Matt enjoys football, basketball, and baseball in his spare time.
Anthony Pingoy joined the INOV8 team in 2021 as a licensed PTA. Anthony’s goals are to continue to provide professional care and education to patients with a priority in patient safety and success. He obtained his AAS degree in the Physical Therapist Assistant Program in 2015 and his Associate of Science Degree in 2013 at Lone Star College. Anthony has his CPR and is AED certified. In Anthony’ s spare time he enjoys fitness, running, and playing basketball.
Tyler Cincotti is a licensed physical therapist assistant who joined INOV8 Orthopedics after moving to Houston from Orlando, FL. Tyler has an Associate of the Arts degree from College of Central Florida and an Associate of Science degree for Physical Therapist Assistant from Taylor College. Tyler has a background in inpatient and outpatient therapy settings with a focus on post-op orthopedics. Tyler has a passion for learning and is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree in health science with plans to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in the future. He enjoys everything the city has to offer and loves getting recommendations for new places to see and restaurants to try!
